Brad Baker joined Sims Limited in 2018 as Global Chief Human Resources Officer. He brings almost 30 years of human capital strategy experience across the plastics processing and metal machine tool manufacturing, drilling equipment and consumable tooling manufacturing and mining services industries, together with extensive international operations and board-level experience with publicly listed companies in the US and Australia.

Before joining the company, he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources and a corporate officer at Boart Longyear.

Brad holds a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
