Gretchen Johanns joined Sims Limited in 2018 as Global General Counsel and Company Secretary. She brings more than 25 years of experience as a senior legal advisor to publicly listed US companies across the information technology, service and media industries.

Before joining the company, Gretchen served as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Xerox Corporation. She previously held legal roles of increasing responsibility at Time Warner Cable Inc.

Gretchen holds a Juris Doctor from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts from Grinnell College.
