Sims Limited has welcomed the sixth cohort of Women Leading @ Sims, a 10-month coaching and leadership development program designed to support the growth of women leaders across the company.
Participants from across Sims Limited’s regions and businesses will take part in a mix of virtual and in-person development sessions focused on strengthening leadership capability, building enterprise-wide connections and expanding their impact.
The program is led by certified executive coach and leadership development consultant Christie Berger and includes opportunities for participants to hear from Sims Limited executives and accomplished women leaders about their professional experiences and leadership journeys.
Through the program, participants will build internal networks, broaden their understanding of the organization, set personal development goals and strengthen the confidence and capabilities needed to continue growing as leaders.
